At Prime Cinemas we have equipment to make it more enjoyable for our moviegoers with hearing and vision impairements. We offer devices to enhance and amplify audio, provide closed captioning, or, provide narratioon of the action on-screen.
In addition, our theaters offer wheelchair seating in every auditorium. Our goal is to make all of our films enjoyable for everyone.
Assisted Listening Devices (ALDs) are available for all of our movies.
Closed Caption and Audio Description are available for most titles. Please check showtimes for the icon for these services.
Theatre Ears is an independent smart phone app that allows you to listen to featured movies in Spanish. The tracks are played in real time with the movie. You will need to have your own smart phone and headphones to access this technology. Our staff would be happy to show you how it works.
Open Captioned Wednesdays
Prime Cinemas is committed to delivering a great movie experience for all the members of our community. We continue to look for ways to be more inclusive. We are excited to offer On-Screen Open Captions for all films and showtimes on Wednesdays. (Not every trailer is available in open captions).
Other days of the week we offer the caption readers for our customers. If you need open captions on other days of the week, we will need this requested 72 hours before the showtime. Please use the contact us form on the website.
